摘要
清代江苏地区水上救生慈善事业极为发达,出现了包括救生船局在内的众多救生慈善机构。水网密布的自然环境和浓厚的慈善氛围是救生慈善机构创建的重要原因。在救生慈善机构的创立和发展过程中,以地方士绅为主体的民间力量发挥了重要作用。救生慈善机构大多制定有严密的章程,管理极为明确。官方和民间的密切协作是推动清代江苏水上救生慈善事业发展的重要因素。
The lifesaving charity of the Jiangsu province is very developed in the Qing Dynasty, there have been a number of charitable facilities, including life - saving boat and bureau. The water network in the natural environment and a strong philanthropic atmosphere is the important cause of life - saving charity created. In the process of the creation and development of lifesaving charities, the local gentry as the main non - governmental forces play an important role. Most of the development of life - saving charities has strict regulations, management is extremely clear.
