摘要
礼貌现象一直是语用学界研究的一大热点,但对礼貌的研究多数是从社会文化特征入手的。本文在语用学与认知科学接口的基础上,对大学生英语言语中的礼貌现象进行研究,文章分别从其礼貌认知性的哲学基础、含义、具体表现三方面进行了探讨。认为,大学生礼貌现象不仅和社会文化因素密切相关,而且还和话语者、听话者、言语社团及整个人类的认知因素有关。最后提出设想:将社会文化特征和人类认知特点相结合建立一个礼貌研究的理论模式。
Politeness has been one of the hot topics in pragmatic research, but mostly from the socio - cultural perspectives. On the basis of the understanding pragmatics in light of cognitive sciences, this paper analyses the cognition of politeness in three aspects: the philosophical foundation, the imolication, and the specific manifestation. The paper argues that the phenomenon of politeness is not only closely related to socio - cuhural factors, but also to the cognitive factors of speaker, hearer, speech communities and the whole human being. Finally, it proposes to establish a theoretical model of politeness research on the combination of the socio- cultural features and characteristics of human cognition.
