摘要
全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)的星地时间同步性能直接影响接收机的定位精度。对星地时间同步性能进行准确的评估,进一步完善该性能。对提高系统的位置服务精度具有重要意义。提出采用计算机仿真条件下的GNSS卫星星地时间同步评估技术进行了研究,采用伪卫星和定位误差的星地时间同步评估方法。通过仿真对不同测量误差和噪声条件下的卫星钟差和定位误差间的关系进行了分析。采用统计的方法对星地时间同步误差进行估计并给出了评估正确率,为真实条件下进行星地时间同步性能评估提供参考。
The global satellite navigation system (GNSS) receiver positioning accuracy is affected directly by the system's satellite - ground time synchronization performance. Accurate evaluation of the system's satellite - ground time synchronization performance is very important for improving the system's positioning service quality. In this pa- per, the satellite- ground time synchronization evaluation technique for GNSS satellites is studied and an evaluation method based on pseudolites and receiver positioning error is put forward. Single point positioning is carried out under the computer simulation condition with range measurement error and noise set at different values. The relationship be- tween satellite clock error and positioning error is analyzed and a statistical method tbr assessing satellite - ground time difference is proposed. The test results are also given. The work in the paper provides reference for evaluation of satellite -ground time synchronization performance under real conditions.
