红细胞压积对全自动血沉仪血沉测定结果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨红细胞压积对ALIFAX Roller 20全自动血沉仪检测血沉结果的影响。方法:男、女两组共170例标本分低红细胞压积、红细胞压积正常、高红细胞压积组,分别用ALIFAX Roller 20全自动血沉仪法和魏氏法测定血沉值,并作对比分析。结果:当男、女两组标本红细胞压积处于各自的正常范围或略高于正常范围时,两种血沉测定方法所得结果之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当红细胞压积明显低于正常范围(<0.25)时,两种方法血沉测定结果差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对于红细胞压积明显低于正常值范围或重度贫血的患者,用ALIFAX Roller 20全自动血沉仪法测定血沉时需用魏氏法进行复检以保证检测结果的准确性。
