摘要
目的评价Test1全自动快速血沉仪检测血沉的可靠性,建立用该方法测定健康成人血沉的参考值范围。方法随机抽取55例门诊患者的静脉血,分别用Test1全自动快速血沉仪、魏氏法及ICSH参考方法同时测定。结果Test1检测结果与魏氏法及ICSH参考方法检测结果比较均无显著性差异(F=2.108,P>0.05),Test1全自动快速血沉仪与传统魏氏法相比相关性较好(r=0.874,P<0.05),与ICSH参考方法相比相关性也较好(r=0.886,P<0.05)。结论Test1全自动快速血沉仪检测快速,准确可靠,适合于临床急诊使用。
Objective To evaluate the credibility of determinating Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate （ESR）with Testl automated system and establish the reference range of healthy subject of the method . Methods 55 cases of out-patient were randomly selected, and venous blood were obtained and detected by Testl method and Westergren method and manual reference method respectively. Results No significant difference among determination results of three methods（ P 〉0.05） ,and there were good correlation coefficient for the tree methods. Conclusion ESR could be determinated accurately and rapidly with Testl automated system and deserved wide-spreading use in Emergency department,
