摘要
目的了解深圳市南山区居民因伤害住院费用及影响因素,为政府决策提供科学依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法,抽取南山区某综合医院2009年伤害住院病人资料3 366例。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件对伤害患者住院费用进行构成分析,并对影响住院费用的因素进行单因素t检验或方差分析以及多元逐步线性回归分析。结果南山区某综合医院伤害患者住院人均费用和日均费用分别为6 666.05元和645.49元,药费所占比例最高(35.50%),其次为治疗处理费(34.31%)。影响日均住院费用的主要因素是年龄、住院天数和入院情况。结论伤害造成较高的疾病负担,通过加强院前救治、减少住院时间等措施可以有效控制患者住院费用。
Objective To explore the hospitalization expenses in Nanshan, Shenzhen, and provide scientific basis for the policy making of government in future. Methods With the method of cluster sample, we collected 3 366 injury cases with hospitalization data from Nanshan hospital. ANOVA and multivariate regression analysis were used to determine the influencing factors for the expenses. Results The medical expenses of injury inpatients in Nanshan were 6 666.05 RMB / case and 645.49 RMB / case / day. 35.50% and 34.31% of the total expenses were attributed to medication and therapy, respectively. The expense per day was correlated strongly with the age,length of stay,and state of injury. Conclusion The disease burden of injury was higher than that of other diseases. Hospitalization expenses can be effectively controlled by taking strategies,such as enhancing the care and treatment before hospitalization,shortening the duration of hospitalization and so on.
