多灶性脑胶质瘤伴肺转移一例报告 被引量：3

摘要 1 病例报告 患者女,33岁.因头痛1个月,加重伴恶心、呕吐1d于2009-09-15入保定市第三医院.患者于1个月前无明显诱因出现阵发性头痛,当时无明显头晕、恶心、呕吐及肢体活动障碍等不适,曾就诊于外院.2009-09-10在外院行头颅CT扫描,示双侧额叶及左枕叶异常类圆形混杂低密度影伴脑水肿（图1）,考虑为脑转移瘤行降颅压治疗,无明显效果.2009-09-15上述症状加重伴恶心及非喷射性呕吐,为进一步治疗转入保定市第三医院.
