体位固定膜技术方法的改进及其结果分析 被引量:17

Thermoplastic sheet in the improvement of positioning immobility technique for radiotherapy.

摘要 目的通过对CTsim定位病例的分析,找出使用放疗体位固定膜方法中存在的影响摆位准确性的因素,找到解决办法,提高摆位的准确性和重复性。方法在MEDTEC体模固定板对称中轴上加刻纵向定位参考线,它将和固定板上原有的左右刻度尺一起构成完整的定位参考线组。患者在仰卧到固定板上后对应在体表标记激光定位参考线,然后扣体模,选定扫描参考层,粘贴X线标记点,并拉CT正位平片和侧位平片,对比分析所获得的影像结果。结果57例患者中52例的定位摆位和复位摆位两个过程之间的重复性偏差≤3mm,其他5例重复偏差较大,而且这5例均找到原因并予纠正。结论使用方法是否得当至关重要,笔者研究方法可以获得非常好的摆位重复性。 Objective To improve the set up accuracy for patients by MED TEC thermoplastic sheet. Methods First, a reference positioning line was scored on the supporting board of MEC TEC. Then, lines on the patient body were marked according to the reference positioning line. After fastening MED TEC thermoplastic sheet, CT top view imagines of patients who were immobilized with MED TEC thermoplastics sheet on the CT scanner were then drawn. The results by PC graphics software were analysed. Results A total of 57 cases was studied. Deviation in 52 (91.2%) cases was less than 3?mm. The cause of the with deviation exceeding 5?mm were all found.Conclusion Using the right method is very important. Thus, results with satisfactory deviations could be obtained when the set up are repeated.
