摘要
基于中医教育发展的外在与内因需求,以知识、能力、素质为线索构建中医临床拔尖型人才的内涵结构。认为其要素应包括完整的知识储备与成熟的实践技能,深厚的人文底蕴,以中医辨证思维为核心的综合临床思维能力,科学研究潜质、批判性思维与开拓创新精神,良好的沟通交流能力与团队合作精神,国际化视野。结合近年的教改经验,对未来的实践提出建议。
Judging from both external and internal requirements of TCM educational development, we may establish connotation structure of top-notch clinical talents by taking clue of knowledge, ability and quality. We hold that main elements of the connotation should include integrated knowledge reserve, fully-developed practical skill and ability, profound humanistic background, comprehensive clinical thinking ability, scientific research potential, criti- cal thinking and pioneering spirit, favorable communication competence and team-work spirit, and international vi- sion. Educational reform experience in recent years is summarized to make suggestions on future practice.
