摘要
企业取得成功的关键在于拥有优秀的人力资源,并能最大限度地激发人才的活力和创造力。小微企业由于自身的弱点与不足,在人力资源管理中处于劣势,而影响小微企业的成长。文章运用层次分析法,对小微企业员工高流失率的影响因素进行实证分析,提出了减少小微企业员工流失的对策。
The key to business success is to have excellent human resources and to maximize the vitali-ty and creativity of human resources.Due to their own shortcomings,small and micro enterprises are at a dis-advantage in human resources management,which influences the growth of small and micro enterprises. Through an empirical analysis of the factors for the high staff turnover rate in small and micro enterprises by using AHP,this paper proposed countermeasures to reduce the turnover rate in small and micro enterprises.
