棕色脂肪摄取18F-FDG的PET/CT影像特征及影响因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 人体内有2种功能不同的脂肪组织:白色脂肪组织(white adipose tissue,WAT)和棕色脂肪组织(brown adiposetissue,BAT)。影响BAT摄取18F—FDG的因素有温度、性别、年龄等。国外研究主要集中在单一因素对BAT摄取18F-FDG的影响方面,且可能不适合中国人群。本研究旨在探讨中国成人BAT摄取18F-FDG的影像特征,并进行多因素分析,以提高对BAT摄取18F-FDG影响因素的认识。
