摘要
目的初步探讨青海地区汉、藏族青年^(18)F-FDG PET/CT棕色脂肪显像差异性,并行高原适应机制分析。方法选择健康藏、汉两族青年人,分别于寒冷刺激前后行^(18)F-FDG PET/CT扫描,测量棕色脂肪SUV max和体积等指标。并将所有受检者寒冷刺激前后棕色脂肪PET/CT显像情况与各指标进行相关性分析。结果 1.所有受检者PET/CT棕色脂肪SUV max均不同程度增高,两民族间寒冷刺激前后比较,汉族△SUVmax为4.48±1.46,藏族为7.74±2.05。棕色脂肪体积汉族为7.62±3.20 cm3,藏族为12.93±3.63 cm^3,藏族显著高于汉族,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2.汉、藏受检者寒冷刺激前后棕色脂肪PET/CT显像情况与各指标进行相关性分析结果示,棕色脂肪△SUVmax与体重指数、体脂含量呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论藏族受检者棕色脂肪活性和体积高于汉族可能是藏族具有较强高原适应力的生理基础之一。
Objective To investigate the differences of 18F-FDG PET/CT brown fat imaging between Chinese Han and Tibetan youths in Qinghai,and analyze the mechanism of plateau adaptation. Methods Adults of Tibetan and Han nationality were selected and 18F-FDG PET/CT scans were performed before and after cold stimulation to measure the maximal and volume of brown fat SUV.Correlation analysis of brown fat PET/CT imaging before and after cold stimulation was performed with all indicators.Results 1.The PET/CT brown fat SUV max of all subjects increased to different degrees.Before and after the cold stimulation between the two ethnic groups,the △SUVmax of the Han nationality was 4.48±1.46,and that of the Tibetans was 7.74±2.05.The volume of brown fat Han was 7.62±3.20 cm3,and that of Tibetan was 12.93±3.63 cm3.Tibetans were significantly higher than that of Han nationality,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05). The results of correlation analysis between brown and fat PET/CT imaging before and after cold stimulation in Han and Tibetan subjects showed that brown fat △SUVmax was negatively correlated with body mass index and body fat content( P<0.05).Conclusion The brown fat activity and volume of Tibetan subjects are higher than that of Han nationality,which may be a new potential plateau adaptation mechanism in Tibetans.
