摘要
为解决参数设计的问题,提高少齿数齿轮减速器的传动性能,对少齿数齿轮副的优化设计问题进行了研究。根据少齿数齿轮结构和传动的特点,建立了限制曲线数学模型;根据少齿数齿轮减速器的质量要求和理想点法,建立了优化设计数学模型;基于MALAB平台和可视化技术,开发了少齿数齿轮副优化设计软件,并以IE33型汽油机中的齿轮副为例,进行了优化设计。为解决少齿数齿轮副参数选取的问题提拱了一种有效的方法,有利于提高少齿数齿轮减速器的传动质量和设计效率。
To solve problems in parameter designing, and to improve the transmission performance of less-teeth gear reducer, optimization design of the less-teeth gear pair is studied. According to the structure and transmission characteristics of the less -teeth gear, limit curve mathematical models are established. According to the quality requirements of less-teeth gear reducer and ideal point method, the mathematical model of optimization design is established. The optimization design software of less -teeth gear pair is developed based on MATLAB platform and visualization technology, and the gear pair of IE33 gasoline en- gine is optimized. Thus an effective method is provided for solving the problem of parameter selection of less-teeth gear pair. Transmission quality and design efficiency of less-teeth gear reducer are improved.
