摘要
屏蔽转运容器是一种存储和转运核废料的专业设备,并能够防止核废料对外界产生辐射,其结构的强度和密闭性要求高。如果在起吊和运输过程中出现破损会造成严重后果,因此对屏蔽转运容器进行跌落分析十分必要。运用SolidWorks软件建立了屏蔽转运容器的三维实体模型,通过HYPERMESH软件对屏蔽转运容器模型进行了单元离散,建立了有限元模型。依据屏蔽转运容器实际工作情况,设置了边界条件,对屏蔽转运容器的有限元模型进行了边界加载。运用LS-DYNA程序对跌落过程进行了仿真,分析了跌落过程中的应力和冲击能量。找到了筒体和底座焊点这一引起容器跌落破坏的薄弱点,给出了优化设计的建议。
Shielded transshipment container is the specialized equipment for storaging and transporting nuclear waste, it can prevent nuclear waste from generating radiation to the outside world, and this equipment requires high structural strength and tightness. There are serious problems if the equipment is broken in lifting and transport process. Therefore, it is necessary to do the drop analysis for shielded transshipment container. Three-dimensional model of shielding transport container has been established by the Solidworks software, and the finite element model has been established by the HYPERMESH software. The boundary conditions are set according to the actual working situation of shielded transport container, and then the boundary loading is conducted to the finite element model of the shielded transport container. The drop process has been simulated by means of the LS-DYNA program, and the stress and impact energy are analyzed in the process of dropping. The weak point of the solder of cylinder body and the base is found, and the suggestion for optimization design is then given.
