摘要
为减小电动工具因跌落而导致损坏的概率,基于MSC Patran PCL,根据产品的多工况分析要求,开发出可以创建任意跌落角度的地面接触处理界面,形成针对电动工具跌落分析的前后处理平台.该平台可以大大节省电动工具跌落分析中前后处理的时间,并提高分析准确率.
To reduce the probability of damage caused by falling for power tools,according to the multi-condition analysis requirements,MSC Patran PCL is used to develop a processing interface on ground contact for any drop angles,and implement a pre-process and post-process platform for drop analysis of power tools.The platform can save pre-process time and post-process time greatly and improve analysis accuracy.
