摘要
目的探讨肾脏肿瘤临床特征与突变型p53以及CD44v6基因表达产物的关系。方法选择79例肾脏肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均手术治疗,测定肿瘤组织突变型p53及CD44v6基因表达产物,并随访患者5年的生存率,分析突变型p53及CD44v6基因表达产物与患者临床特征、生存率的关系。结果良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤P53蛋白、CD44v6蛋白的阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,阴性及阳性表达患者5年生存率比较存在显著差异（P〈0.05）。CD44v6蛋白在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期以及G3级的阳性表达率显著升高（P〈0.01）。结论肾脏肿瘤中突变型p53和CD44v6基因产物的表达与患者的5年生存率具有相关性,而CD44v6蛋白与病理分期以及病理分级具有相关性。
Objective To discuss mutant p53 and CD44v6 gene products expression in kidney cancer. Methods Clinical data of 79 cases of kidney cancer patients were selected for retrospectively analysis. All cases were treated by operation. Mutant p53 and CD44v6 gene product expression were detected and 5-year survival rates of patients were followed up. Results The positive rates of P53 protein and CD44v6 protein in benign and malignant tumors showed significant difference（P〈0.05）, and 5-year survival rates of negative and positive expression groups showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. The positive rate of CD44v6 protein in Ⅲ to Ⅳ and G3 were significantly higher（P0.01）. Conclusion Mutant p53 and CD44v6 gene products expressions in kidney tumors are relevant with the 5-year survival rates. The CD44v6 protein expressions is correlated with pathological stage and histological grade.
