摘要
目的:探讨小细胞肺癌组织中突变型P53与Bcl-2的表达对生存期的影响。方法:用SP免疫组化法检测40例小细胞肺癌组织中突变型P53与Bcl-2蛋白的表达情况,并将生存期进行相关分析。结果:小细胞肺癌组织中突变型P53与Bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于正常肺组织(P<0.05)。突变型P53或Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达组生存期明显低于阴性表达组(P<0.05)。结论:突变型P53与Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达均与小细胞肺癌的预后有关。
Objective：To study the expressions and its prognosis proteins P53 and Bcl-2 protein in small cell lung cancer. Methods： The positive rate of P53 and Bel-2 protein in small cell lung cancer was much higher than in normal lung tissue（P 〈 0.05）. The survival time in the cases of P53 or Bel-2 protein negative expression was longer than in the cases of P53 or Bel-2 protein positive expression. Concluslon：The positive rate of P53 or Bcl-2 protein were related to the prognosis in small cell lung cancer.
