摘要
近年来,高职院校人才培养模式发生了很大变化,由传统封闭的学校教育向现代开放的校企合作、工学结合模式转变。在校企文化融合的背景下,改变高职院校传统的学生教育管理模式,顺应职业教育环境的变迁和发展的趋势,成为高职院校教育管理者迫切需要解决的课题。本文主要围绕校企合作模式下高职学生教育与管理面临的问题,进行了一些必要的探索和研究。
In recent years, great changes have taken place in vocational education mode which turned from traditional closed college education to modem open college - enterprise cooperation and work - integrated learning paradigm. Under the background of the college - enterprise cultural integration, it has been a new urgent issue to transform traditional education management mode in vocational institutes and follow the trend of the development of vocational education environment. This article explores and researches on some problems of students＂ education and management in vocational institute under collegeenterprise cooperation mode.
