近年来,关于构建项目团队的研究,成为组织行为学领域的一大热门话题。在市场经济环境下,实行项目管理的企业,如何构建一支高效的项目团队,是值得研究的课题。此文基于组织行为学理论,通过对项目团队构建概念的分析,阐述项目团队的基本特征和作用。并进一步从个体、群体和组织层面论述构建高效项目团队的关键点。望能为项目团队建设提供依据和启示。
In recent years,the research on the construction of a project team has become a hot topic in the field of organizational behavior. In the market economy environment,for the implementation of project management enterprises,how to build a high efficient project team is deserving of research. Based on the theory of organizational behavior,the basic characteristics of the project team function is expounded through the analysis of the concept of establishing project team. And the key points of establishing efficient project team is further discussed from the individual,group and organization level. It is hoped that it can provide a basis and enlightenment for establishing project team.
