摘要
偏差电量的处理是电力市场交易结算机制的核心问题之一,其处理方法直接影响交易各方的经济利益。针对我国某特高压跨区大电网当前的经营体系及管理现状,通过对目前理论研究及实际应用中偏差电量处理方法的分析,提出按计划值比例分摊法来处理跨区电网输电交易的偏差电量。实际算例证明,该方法具有较好的透明性与可操作性,并能够较好地平衡各级交易方的利益。
Deviation electric quantity processing method,w hich w ill affect the traders＇ economic interests,is one of the core issues in the electricity market transaction settlement. Through analyzing theoretical research and practical application method,a deviation electric quantity processing method w as proposed in allusion to the current settlement and management of a certain cross-regional UHV transmission system,w hich allocated the deviation electric quantity in proportion of the scheduling value. Case study indicates that the method has good transparency and operability,and is better able to balance the interests of parties to the transaction.
