摘要
针对目前结算体系尚无偏差电量的责任认定和责任处罚的相关条款,提出一种有利于电网调度的偏差电量结算方式。该方式通过制定适当的合同奖惩条款并以此进行结算,在不影响总结算金额的前提下,使购售双方不会因为自身的利益而选择相应的偏差电量调整方式,从而有利于电网的调度。
According to no responsibility clause of deviation electric quantity in settlement system at present,a settlement mode is proposed in this paper which is helpful to power grid dispatching.The settlement mode is through making proper contract rewards and punishment clause to settle quantity.And the principle of clause is that the adjusting mode of deviation electric quantity won't affect settlement amount,thus both sides will not select the adjusting mode with their own interests,and it is beneficial to power grid dispatching.
