摘要
目的分析联合应用精氨酸(Arg)肠内营养(EN)对胃癌患者根治术后免疫功能的影响,以评价免疫营养对于胃癌患者的化疗疗效、不良反应、生活质量、无进展生存期(PFS)的影响。方法收集符合纳入标准(经PG-SGA评分筛选)的胃癌患者90例,随机分成三组:单纯化疗组(A组)、Arg联合化疗组(B组),术后Arg联合化疗组(C组),每组30例。检测免疫指标、不良反应及无进展生存期指标等。结果经营养治疗后,A、B、C三组的免疫营养状态均呈逐渐好转趋势,但免疫指标B、C组均明显高于A组(P<0.05),B、C组中位无进展生存期高于A组(P<0.05)。结论早期给予精氨酸强化的肠内营养,可增强胃癌患者机体免疫功能,以提高临床化疗效果,明显改善患者生存质量。
Objective To analyze the influence of joint application of arginine (Arg) and enteral nutrition (EN) on the immune function of gastric cancer patients after radical surgery, in order to evaluate the influence of immune nutrition on chemotherapy effects, adverse reactions, quality of life, and progression-free survival (PFS) of gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 90 gastric cancer patients, who met the enrolling standard (screening by PG-SGA score), were randomly divided into three group as single chemotherapy group (group A), Arg combined with chemotherapy group (group B) and postoperative Arg combined with chemotherapy group (group C), and each group contained 30 cases. Detection was made on immune index, adverse reaction and PFS indicators. Results After the nutrition treatment, the immune nutritional status were all improved in the three groups, while the immune index in groups B and C were higher than group A (P〈0.05). PFS was also higher in groups B and C than group A (P〈0.05).Conclusion Early application of Arg enhanced EN can improve immune function in patients with gastric cancer, and it can also improve clinical effect of chemotherapy and patients’ life quality.
