高容量型锂离子电池的制备及其电化学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 锰酸锂(Li Mn2O4)圆柱形电池具有良好的循环性能、热稳定性、较高的容量以及相对低廉的价格,近年来成为电池研究的热点。采用刮刀涂布法制成电池,电池测试仪对电池的容量、寿命、电化学性能进行表征,电池的容量达到1520m Ah,稳定倍率可以达到1C,寿命达到400次以上,针刺测试表明其安全性能良好。 Lithium manganate battery (LiMn2O4), as a new type of column Li-ion battery, is with good cycling performance, thermal stability, high discharge capacity and low price. Therefore, many researchers focus on the research of this type Lithium battery in recent years. The batteries were made by blade-coating method. The capacity, life, electrochemical performance of battery were characterized by battery tester. The capacity of battery is 1520 mAh and the power shows that battery can reach 1C or above. After 400 cycles, this column battery can deliver a reversible discharge capacity of 1087 mAh. Cutting through battery with needle showes good safty performance.
