锂离子电池正极材料LiNi_(1/2)Mn_(1/2)O_2的合成 被引量:5

The synthesis of cathode materials LiNi_(1/2)Mn_(1/2)O_2 of Li-ion batteries

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法合成出LiNi1/2Mn1/2O2,研究了合成温度和时间对材料性能的影响。利用XRD、DSC、XPS、恒流充放电、循环伏安对其进行了表征。结果表明:用柠檬酸作配合剂,900℃焙烧9h合成出的LiNi1/2Mn1/2O2,在2 5~4 3V、电流为15mA/g的条件下进行充放电测试,首次充放电容量达到138mAh/g,4 3V下的热分解温度明显高于LiCoO2。 LiNi_(1/2)Mn_(1/2)O_2 powder as a cathode for Li-ion battery was prepared by the sol-gel method. The effects of the synthesis temperature and time on the performance of the materials were studied.The materials were characterized by XRD, DSC, XPS, constant current charge-discharge and cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that LiNi_(1/2)Mn_(1/2)O_2 could be prepared at 900 ℃ for (9 h) using citric acid as a chelating agent. The materials delivered initial discharge capacity of (138 mAh/g) in 2.5~4.3 V range and current of 15 mA/g. The temperature of LiNi_(1/2)Mn_(1/2)O_2 exothermic decomposable reaction at 4.3 V was higher than that of LiCoO_2.
