摘要
目的研究CT诊断技术在腹部创伤疾病中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院接收治疗的80例腹部创伤患者作为研究对象,将全部患者随机分为实验组和对照组。对比两组诊断方法的诊断准确率。结果实验组CT检查结果和与手术结果相似率达到93.50%,对照组B超检测结果和手术结果的相似率为71.00%,两组结果差异显著,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论使用CT诊断的结果与手术结果相似率高,能够准确检查出患者腹部损伤的面积和位置,CT检测技术在腹部创伤患者的临床诊断中具有重要意义,值得推广借鉴。
Objective To study the CT diagnosis in the clinical application value of abdominal trauma disease. Methods Selecting the hospital receiving treatment, 80 cases of abdominal trauma patients as the research object, al patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Compared to two groups of diagnostic accuracy rate of diagnosis method. Results The CT findings and surgical results similar to the rate of 93.50%, the control group B ultrasonic examination results and the results of similar rate was 71.00%, two groups of results significant dif erence, P 〈 0.05, the dif erence is statistical y significant. Conclusion The results of CT diagnosis and surgical results similar to the rate is high, can accurately detect the size and location of patients with abdominal injury, CT detection technology in the clinical diagnosis of patients with abdominal trauma is of great significance, is worth promoting.
