摘要
先天性胆道闭锁是发生在新生儿的、由胆道闭锁引起的疾病,主要临床表现为梗阻性黄疸,其结果为胆汁性肝硬化,临床治疗首选于出生后6~8周内通过手术重建胆汁入肠的通道,如果错过出生后2~3个月的最佳手术时机,胆汁性肝硬化已经发生不可逆性肝损害,危及患儿生命,临床治疗效果差。对于处于次期的患儿,肝移植被认为是最佳的选择[1]。
Objective：Observation of femoral head necrosis treated by Chinese medicine fill essence kidney invigorate the circulation of analgesia clinical curative effect. Methods：Research object selection in our hospital between August 2012 and July 2012 were 45 cases patients with femoral head necrosis,invigorate the kidney and nourishing essence are voluntary to accept Chinese medicine filled with Invigorate the circulation of analgesia pain treatment method. Medication for three months in a row,comparison and analysis the index of blood rheology in patients with before and after the treatment,the hip joint function and pain degree of change. Results：After treatment of patients with whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,erythrocyte deposited,blood sedimentation and hemorheology index declined obviously,after t test analysis found that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Harris hip score in patients with obvious rise,VAS score significantly lower,after t test analysis found that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：Using traditional Chinese medicine the kidney and nourishing essence filling and invigorate the circulation of analgesia in treatment of femoral head necrosis,improves patient＇s blood high condensation state,improve the hip joint function,alleviate symptoms of pain,have positive clinical significance.
