不同涂层在地热水中的腐蚀与结垢 被引量:3

摘要 针对制备的4种不同材料涂层样片(1#、2#、3#、4#),通过表面接触角测量、静态浸渍实验、形貌观察和电化学测试等方法,实验研究涂层在天津某地热水中的防垢和防腐性能。实验过程中污垢沉积和腐蚀同时进行,测得表观污垢沉积速率。结果表明,针对地热水体系,1#、2#样片涂层更适合用于防垢,3#、4#样片涂层表现出良好的防腐和防垢性能。 The anti-fouling and anti-corrosion properties of four different coatings in geothermal water were investigated using surface contact angle measurement, microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical static immersion test, digital image viewing, test. As fouling deposition and localized occurred, the obtained fouling deposition rate was the have good anti-fouling properties, while 3^# and 4^# performance in geothermal water. field emission scanning electron corrosion often simultaneously superficial rate.
