摘要 界定了高校-企业协同创新模式的内涵、分类及特征,得出高校-企业协同创新模式的选择,从根本上是模式制度化水平选择的研究结论。归纳了以交易成本理论为代表的十大理论,以及各理论有关协同创新模式选择的理论主张。指出了影响协同创新模式选择的五大类核心因素,并就各个影响因素对于模式选择的机理进行了理论推演,得出相关结论。最后,提出了一个协同创新模式选择过程的概念模型——R-M-C-G模型,并运用案例检验了该模型的适用性及有关模式选择内在机理理论的合理性。 The definition, classification and its characteristics for the synergistic Innovation Mode of the "Industry-University" is defined in this paper. The research conclusion that the synergistic innovation mode selection of the "Industry-University" is the one for the institutional level fundamentally is also obtained. The ten theories, just like the transaction cost theory etc, are summed up, and also the focus of each theory about the synergistic innovation mode selection of the "Industry-University" is obtained. The five influence group factors are the key to decide the mode selection outcome. The mechanism for the mode se- lection from each influential factor is theoretically deducted and some conclusions are obtained. Finally, the R-M-C-G model, which is one conceptual model for the synergistic innovation mode based on the selection process, is pointed out. The applica- bility for the model and the rationality of the internal mechanism theory concerning on the mode selection is tested.
