摘要
绩效问题是影响农民专业合作社发展的重要因素。文章首先构建农民专业合作社的绩效评价指标体系,开发并制定问卷;实地问卷调查并现场回收后,经整理,运用信息熵和因子分析法对整理后的问卷数据进行分析,两种方法得到的目标合作社绩效最终排名变动的差异并不显著,说明指标体系还是合理可行的。研究发现:技术创新、社会绩效与组织运行这三个指标,相对于其他二级指标来说,对农民专业合作社的绩效尤为重要。
Performance is a very important factor in the development of farmers＇ professional cooperatives. Firstly,we built a performance evaluation index system of farmers＇ professional cooperatives in Ya＇an region,then developed and established the questionnaire. After the field survey and on-site recycling,using the information entropy,the factor analysis method was adopted to analyze the questionnaire data. The difference obtained by the two methods of target cooperative performance finally rank change is not significant,indicating that the index system is reasonable and feasible. Compared with the other two indicators,the study snows that technological innovation,social performance and organizational operation are particularly important for the performance of farmers＇ professional cooperatives.
