摘要
研究目的:探究区域旅游开发水平与土地利用效益的关系,理清旅游开发子系统对土地利用效益子系统的影响。研究方法:信息熵法、协调度模型、相关分析法。研究结果:建立了基于协调度模型的旅游开发水平评价模型和土地利用效益评价模型,对深圳各区进行了评价,使用相关关系法分析了评价结果。研究结论:旅游开发水平与土地利用效益的关系显著;宾馆酒店的开发与土地利用的社会效益有极强的正相关;旅游者的数量与土地利用的生态效益有一定的负相关。
Objective： The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between regional tourism development and land use efficiency and to understand the impaction from tourism development subsystem （tourist attractions, travel agencies, hotels, travelers） on land use effi- ciency subsystem （economic, social and ecological benefits）. Methods employed in this paper are information entropy method, coordination degree model and correlation analysis method. Two creditable models were established based on coordination degree model to evaluate tourism development and land use efficiency, and the districts of Shenzhen were evaluated. Then the results had been analysis by correlation analysis method. The results indicate： （1） the level of tourism development would impact land-use efficiency significantly; （2） the development of hotels impact on land-use efficiency the most significantly; （3） the tourists increasing will reduce the efficiency of regional land use, in particular the ecological efficiency of regional land use.
