摘要
教师专业共同体对于教师个体和团体的专业发展具有积极的意义。教师专业共同体的核心特征既是一个学习共同体,也是一个合作共同体。构建教师专业共同体,一要形成"共同体的愿景",二要营造"共同体的文化",三要体认"共同体的身份"。
Teachers professional community is of positive significance to individual and team development of teachers. Its core characteristic lies in that it is both a study community and a cooperative community. The construction of the community should be carried out from three aspects: forming the vision of the community, creating the culture of the community and recognizing the identity of the community.
