摘要
目的 探讨多媒体图解法在心电图实验教学中的效果.方法 选择湖南医药学院2010级临床医学专业120名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各60名学生.在心电图实验教学中,实验组采用多媒体图解加复制的真实心电图(简称多媒体课件)方法进行教学,对照组采用阅读过塑(心电图复印后贴膜)心电图的传统教学方法进行教学.教学结束后,对学生进行心电图读图考试和问卷调查.结果 实验组学生的读图考试成绩和对教学方法的满意度均优于对照组学生,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用多媒体图解法心电图实验教学,能够更好地激发学生的学习兴趣,提高他们实际阅读、分析与诊断心电图的能力.
Objective Probing the effect of multi-media graphical electrocardiogram on electrocarcliogram(ECG) experimental teaching.Methods 120 students majoring in clinical medicine from Hunan University of Medicine were chosen with randomized assignment,among which 60 students in experimental group were taught by multi-media graphical electrocardiogram as well as copies of the electrocardiogram (courseware for short),and the other 60 students in control group were taught by the traditional way to read ECG images after laminating.At the end of the laboratory course,the examination for reading the ECG graph and the questionnaire survey on teaching satisfaction was made.Results The record of the examination for reading the ECG graph and the questionnaire survey on teaching satisfaction of the students in experimental group were all better than those in control group,and the differences between the two groups were of statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusions Using multi-media experimental teaching with graphical electrocardiogram can stimulate the interest of the students to learn ECG and improve their ability to read,analyze and diagnose ECG.
