摘要
设计了一种基于机器视觉技术的烟支检测装置,用于对香烟包装机模盒内的烟支进行空头检测。通过图像采集模块采集待检烟包视觉图像,通过专用控制器对图像进行处理,最终识别出待检烟包是否存在空头缺陷。
This paper designs a kind of cigarette detect device based on machine vision,and it used to detect Ioose-end in cigarette pocket.First the system coI ect packing image by image coI ection moduIe,then process coI ected image through speciaI controI er,finaI y identify if the cigarette packet has probIem of Ioose-end.
