摘要
国家卫生计生委等7部门联合印发了《关于建立住院医师规范化培训制度的指导意见》,标志着我国住院医师规范化培训制度建设全面启动,利用信息化手段提高住院医师规范化培训的管理水平和效率是必然发展趋势。本文在文献研究、实地调研和问卷调查的基础上,分析了国家住院医师规范化培训信息管理平台的主要用户及功能需求,梳理了培训基地认定流程和住院医师信息管理流程,阐述了平台的总体设计,并结合实际工作对平台未来发展提出展望。
National Health and Family Planning Commission and other seven counterparts jointly issued the ＂ guidance on establishing the resident standardization training system ＂, marked the formal launching of our country resident standardization training system construction. Using information technology to improve the management level and efficiency of resident standardization training is the inevitable development trend. Based on the literature research, on the basis of fi eld investigation and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the national information management platform of resident standardization training main user and functional requirements, and summarized the training base affi rmation process and resident information management process. This paper expounds the general design of the platform, and comes up with the future development prospect based on the actual work platform.
