摘要
培养社会治理人才是教育形成并释放社会政治功能的首要体现。在全面推进依法治国的时代背景下,法学教育肩负着人才培养的历史重任,创新社会治理使法学教育理念与人才培养目标融入了深刻的社会内涵。法学教育一直饱受远离社会的诟病,新时期法治人才培养的体制机制、课程体系、教学方法等都尚待改革创新。应该在资源整合的路径下,构建法治人才的协同培养机制,打造知识与能力的整合培养模式,回应推进社会治理现代化的迫切需要。
