摘要
目的:回顾性分析过敏体质患者致敏原因并进一步探讨致敏后抗感染药物选择思路。方法:对1例典型病例进行回顾性分析,以免疫学知识为基础,描述患者病程发展和药物治疗及转归过程。结果与结论:面对过敏体质患者仅采用停药处理并不可取,通过积极有效的多学科系统分析,患者仍可得到有效的抗感染治疗。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the causes of allergy in one patient with allergic constitution and explore the choice of anti-infective drugs for this patient.METHODS：According to one typical cases,the progression of disease, drug treatment and outcome of one typical allergic patient with allergic constitution were retrospectively analyzed based on immunology knowledge.RESULTS ＆amp;CONCLUSIONS：It is unadvisable to adopt drug withdrawal therapy alone for patient with allergies;however, patient can still get effective anti-infective treatment through active and effective multi-disciplinary systematic analysis.
