摘要
本文对近几十年来异黄酮类化合物的合成方法如苯基苄基酮途径、重排途径、微波法、偶联反应法等进行了全面、系统的综述,希望能为研究者提供一些研究基础和参考,以便探索更适合于工业化生产,更高效的精致工艺,从而得到更优质且低成本的异黄酮。
In this paper, the synthetic methods of isoflavones in recent decades has been carried on the comprehensive and systematic review, such as phenyl benzyl ketone way, rearrangement way, microwave method, the coupling reaction method and so on. Hope to provide some research foundation and reference for the researchers, in order to explore more suitable and more efficient industrial craftsmanship, so as to get higher quality and lower cost of isoflavones.
