摘要
简要介绍了酯交换法合成碳酸二苯酯的反应原理。对碳酸二苯酯合成及碳酸二甲酯 /苯酚分离法、分区反应法、连续法、反应精馏法和偶联法 5种酯交换法合成碳酸二苯酯的反应工艺进行了详细讨论。其中反应精馏法及偶联法是创新的工艺 ,其反应工艺简单 ,原料利用率高 ,碳酸二苯酯的产率和选择性均很高。
In this paper, the synthesis principle of transesterification of diphenyl carbonate(DPC) is briefly discussed. Five reaction processes which include synthesis of DPC combining with separation of DMC/MeOH, reaction in separated zone, continuous method, reactive rectification, and coupling method are reviewed in detail, and their flow sheets are also presented. Of all methods, the last two are creative with simple reaction processes, high conversion rate of DMC, and high yield and selectivity of DPC.
