摘要
苹果产业是山西省优势农产品产业之一,大力发展苹果产业是推进现代农业进程的主要途径,也是农民收入增加的主要来源。随着居民生活水平的不断提高,苹果已经成为居民主要的日常消费品。以山西省苹果生产现状为研究对象,通过对近5 a来苹果价格的统计,对其价格波动状况进行绘图。结合其价格变化的规律,在理论分析和实证分析的基础上得出,引起价格变化的因素主要包括生产成本、气候因素和居民消费水平。
Apple industry is one of the advantage agricultural product industry in Shanxi province, the development of apple indus- try is the main way to promote modem agriculture process, and is also the main source of peasants＇ income increase. As the constantly improving of people＇s living standard, apple has become the residents＇ main daily consumer goods. The article bases on the apple produc- tion status in Shanxi province as the research object, by means of statistics the apple price in nearly five years, draws on the price fluctua- tion. Combined with the rule of the price changing, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the research concluded that the factors of the changing of the price mainly include the cost of production, climate factors and residents＇ consumption level.
