摘要
按所利用的微信公众平台本身的功能类型,图书馆微信可以分为自媒体平台、互动交流平台、移动服务门户三种不同的建设类型。根据图书馆微信功能定位的不同,其内容建设的侧重点也各不相同。媒体型微信以推送图文消息为主,互动型微信重在图书馆与读者间信息的交互,移动门户型微信则需将图书馆各项业务服务嵌入微信平台,实现良好的用户体验。图书馆微信公众平台内容建设中,媒体型微信建议固定推送栏目,优化信息呈现方式;互动型微信可以综合多种互动方式,重视信息的反馈;门户型微信业务界面要尽量轻便化,量力而行。
According to the functional types of WeChat public platform, this article puts forward that the WeChat in libraries can be divided into three types, which are media platform, interactive platform and mobile services portal. As the WeChat＇s function orientations are different in different libraries, the article points out that the emphasis of its content construction should be different, too. The type of media WeChat should give priority to pushing multimedia messages, the type of interactive WeChat should focus on the information interaction between the library and their readers, and the type of mobile portal WeChat should make the library services embedded in WeChat platform to achieve good user experience. In the end, the article puts forward some suggestions about the content construction for different types of the library WeChat ： The media type WeChat can fix the pushing column and optimize the presentation of information, the interactive WeChat can integrate a va- riety of interactive and pay attention to the feedback of information, and the mobile portal WeChat should light the business interface and act according to the library＇s ability. 1 fig. 1 tab. 15 refs.
