摘要
采用水作为固化剂、挥发性和毒性较小的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI作为原材料,其配方中无任何挥发性和有毒溶剂,来制备环保型水固化聚氨酯防水涂料。研究亲水聚醚多元醇、亲水扩链剂、气体吸收剂和水含量对防水涂料性能的影响。结果表明,—NCO含量为4.5%,配方中其它组分不变,当亲水聚醚多元醇、亲水扩链剂、气体吸收剂质量份分别为20、0.4、4,水含量为A组分+B组分总质量的20%时,制备的聚氨酯防水涂料性能最佳。
Environmental water-cured polyurethane waterproofing coating was prepared by using water as curing agent,volatile MDI with less toxic as raw material,and not any volatile and toxic solvents. The influences of hydrophilic polyetherpolyol,hydrophilic chain extender, gas absorbent and water content on coating properties were researched. Results showed that performances are best when the content of NCO group is 4.5%,the amounts of hydrophilic polyetherpolyol,hydrophilic chain extender and gas absorbent are 20,0.4 and 4 weights respectively,and water content is 20% based on the amount of A and B.
