摘要
校企合作是培养具有应用创新能力旅游人才的重要途径。在旅游人才培养中构建"三全"双轨校企合作体系,采用灵活多样的方式,实现合作内容全方位深度融合;完善激励和培训机制,提高教师积极性和指导实践能力;通过"PDCA"全过程管理方法监督指导实习实践,提升学生在企业的适应力、学习力和创造力,全面、系统、科学地指导校企合作,培养出创新应用能力强、职业适应性强的优秀旅游人才。
In order to realize the targets of cultivating"Five Can"tourist talents,we have to construct a three- method two- way guarantee system in the cultivation of tourist talents through cooperation between college and enterprises,adopting flexible and diversified ways to realized the fusion of cooperative contents. It is necessary for us to improve the training mechanism and the enthusiasm of the practical ability of teachers. With the "PDCA",we can supervise whole process and promotes the adaptability,the learning initiative and creativity of students to cultivate excellent tourist talents with innovative,applied ability and occupational adaptability.
