摘要
施工卸载过程是指对支撑体系(脚手架体系)的卸载,而对结构体系自身来说恰恰是加载过程,在此过程中由于结构的边界条件会发生改变,结构的内力水平也会发生较大的变化,由此导致内力重新分配,部分杆件的受力状态会随加载过程发生正、负交替的变化,甚至超出设计应力,同时伴随着结构较大的几何变形。由此可知大跨度空间结构施工卸载过程的重要性。有鉴于此,对新型大跨度空间结构钢屋盖施工卸载过程进行了数值模拟研究,探讨了不同施工卸载方案对结构造成的影响(结构内力和支撑体系内力方面),最后给出了较优的钢结构施工卸载方案。
Process of construction uninstall is a uninstall process for support systems and a loading process for structures.In this process,boundary conditions and internal forces of structures will change greatly to lead to internal force redistribution and plus or minus variations,even will be beyond design stress and design deform-ation.Therefore,the construction uninstall process of large span spatial structures is very important.With these facts,in this paper the construction uninstall of a new large-span space structure was studied by numeri-cal simulation.The effect on the structure of different construction uninstall plans was discussed.At last,the optimal construction uninstall plan was provided.
