新型口服抗凝药预防骨科大手术后静脉血栓栓塞症的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 目前,骨科大关节术后静脉血栓栓塞症（venous thromboembolism,VTE）预防常用药物为肝素类药物（包括普通肝素、低分子量肝素、磺达肝葵钠等）或维生素K拮抗剂等,通常膝或髋关节置换术后至少抗凝10 d,髋关节置换术后延长抗凝35 d可起到更好的预防效果。尽管目前的预防措施可起到很好的治疗作用,但髋关节置换术及膝关节置换术后仍有较高的VTE发生率,髋关节或膝关节手术后3个月内有2％～3％的病人出现症状性VTE.
