摘要 智能变电站继电保护调试是保证变电站顺利投产的重要环节,也是检验变电站所使用的电气设备功能及性能是否满足设计和运行要求的关键试验。随着全国各智能变电站工程陆续开工建设,有必要对智能变电站继电保护试验方案进行深入研究,尤其是智能变电站继电保护调试中的关键点技术。介绍了阳泉供电公司首个采用国网标准投运的智能变电站220 k V孟县智能变电站的概况。在总结智能变电站继电保护调试工作经验的基础上,研究智能变电站继电保护调试方法,有助于提高智能变电站的调试水平,缩短新建智能变电站调试时间,并为今后的智能变电站调试提供参考。 Intelligent substation relay protection commissioning is important part to successful operation of the substation,which is also the key experiments on the electrical equipment function and performance used in substations,and whether it meets the needs of the design and operation. With the construction of intelligent substation projects in our country,it is necessary to make an intensive study on the test scheme and especially on key technology of relay protection. This article introduces the general situation of first intelligent substation in Yangquan power company-220 kV Menxian intelligent substation using the state grid standards. On the basis of the experience of intelligent substation relay commissioning,study of intelligent substation relay debugging methods help to improve the commissioning level and shorten time of intelligent substation,and for the future smart substation commissioning reference. It provides a reference for future intelligent substation commissioning.
