摘要
根据国家电网基建文件,随着加快推进智能电网建设,全国各智能变电站工程陆续开工建设,有必要对智能变电站二次系统试验方案进行深入研究,尤其是对智能变电站二次系统调试中的关键点技术。通过对智能变电站二次系统调试方案进行总结,提出了符合工程实际应用的调试大纲及重点调试项目,缩短了新建智能变电站二次系统调试时间,提高了整个变电站投产建设周期。
National intelligence substation project has been constructed one after the other based on speeding up intelligent power grid construction specified in the document of national grid infrastructure. So it needs further study on the test scheme of intelligence sub- station secondary system, especially on the key technology of the commissioning of intelligence substation secondary system. The out- line and key project commissioning suitable for engineering application by summarizing the methods of intelligence substation secondary system. The commissioning period of the new constructed intelligence substation secondary system will be shortened, thus forwarding the construction and production period.
