沿楼梯铺设水带压力损失测定及计算方法 被引量:2

摘要 为研究沿楼梯铺设水带对其压力损失的影响,拟合计算公式,完善火场供水理论,选用数据采集仪、流量变送器、差压变送器、压力变送器等测试仪器和水罐消防车等供水装备,搭建与火场供水实际情景一致的试验平台。分别测试沿楼梯和水平铺设情况下,80 mm口径和65 mm口径聚氨酯(PU)衬里消防水带及聚氯乙烯(PVC)衬里消防水带的压力损失。结果表明:同一口径和材质的消防水带,沿楼梯铺设时的压力损失可作为水平铺设时压力损失与高度差之和进行计算,且此时水带的水平铺设压力损失计算应使用沿楼梯铺设时水带的阻抗系数值。与火场供水理论值相比,所测得80 mm口径水带阻抗系数为理论值的2倍,65 mm口径水带为理论值的1.5倍。 An experimental platform was established for studying effects laying of a hose along stairs on pressure loss, working out pressure loss calculating formulas and perfecting the water supply theory. The platform was consistent with actual situation of fire water supply and consisted of a water tanker, data acquisition instruments, a flow transmitter, a differential pressure transmitter, two pressure transmitters and so on. The results show that value of pressure loss for a hose laying along stairs can be calculated by adding the height difference for same caliber and same texture to the pressure loss when the hose is laid horizontally, that in this case the value of resistance coefficient must be that of hose laying along stairs, and that the resistance coefficient value obtained by the authors for a hose laying along stairs is greater than the water supply theory value by 2 times and 1.5 times for 80 mm hoses and 65 mm hoses respectively. Losses was measured for one 80 mm hoses and one 65 mm hoses. The one 80 mm hoses or one 65 mm ones were lined with polyurethane and polyvinyl chloride respectively, and laid along stairs and horizontally respectively.
