摘要
目的:探究针刺结合炙甘草汤加减治疗老年缺血性心律失常的临床效果及对老年患者生命质量的影响。方法:试验选取2011年3月—2013年6月,辽宁中医药大学附属医院心血管科住院老年(均≥65岁)心律失常患者72例为资料做临床研究,按照随机数字表等量随机的方法,将72例患者平均分为观察组和对照组各36例,观察组36例患者运用中医特色疗法,针刺治疗配合炙甘草汤加减汤药口服,对照组36例患者采用单纯西医治疗策略,临床疗效采用等级平等方法,采用SF-36慢性病生命质量量表评价生命质量评价差异性。结果:两组治疗后总有效率观察组较对照组高8.4%(P<0.05)。SF-36量表得分观察组在躯体功能、一般健康、心理健康三个方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用中医学针灸治疗与口服中药甘草汤相结合的方式,对治疗老年缺血性心律失常、改善患者生活质量等较一般西医治疗方法更为有效。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of senile ischemic arrhythmia with Liquorice Decoction and the influence on the quality of life of elderly patients. Methods：72 patients（all over 65 years old）with arrhythmia in our hospital＇s department of cardiovascular were chosen as data of this clinical research. According to the method of random number table,72 patients were divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each. Patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and Liquorice Decoction and patients in the control group were treated with simple western medicine treatment. The clinical efficacy of equal grade method and the evaluation of quality of life in table SF-36 chronic disease scale. Results：After treatment,the total efficiency of observation group was 8.4%,higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The general health,physical function and mental health score in SF-36 scale in the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The use of acupuncture combined with Liquorice Decoction in the treatment of senile ischemic arrhythmia patients can improve the quality of life than the western medicine treatment.
