摘要
目的:分析安胃汤联合氩离子凝固术治疗慢性胃炎并胃黏膜癌前病变的临床价值。方法:收集我院2011年6月—2013年6月期间诊治的慢性胃炎并胃黏膜癌前病变患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组患者各60例。对照组采用氩离子凝固术治疗,观察组采用安胃汤联合氩离子凝固术治疗,对两组患者的临床效果进行分析对比。结果:研究结果显示,观察组中显效47例,占总数的78.33%,有效10例,占总数的16.67%,无效3例,占总数的5.0%,总有效率为95.0%;对照组中显效35例,占总数的58.33%,有效11例,占总数的18.33%,无效14例,占总数的23.33%,总有效率为76.67%;观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:安胃汤联合氩离子凝固术能有效提高慢性胃炎并胃黏膜癌前病变的治疗效果,在慢性胃炎并胃黏膜癌前病变的治疗中具有非常重要的临床价值,值得在临床上应用推广。
Objective：To analyze the clinical value of Anwei Decoction combined with argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of chronic gastritis and gastric mucosal precancerous lesion. Methods：In our hospital from June 2011-June 2013,120 patients with chronic gastritis and gastric mucosal precancerous lesions were as the research object and by using randomized manner were divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. The control group used argon plasma coagulation treatment and the observation group was treated with Anwei Decoction combined with argon plasma coagulation treatment. We compared two groups＇ clinical effect. Results：The observation group＇s 47 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 78.33%;effective in 10 cases,accounting for 16.67%;3 cases were invalid,accounting for 5%. The total efficiency was 95%. In the control group,markedly effective in 35 cases,accounting for 58.33%;effective in 11 cases,accounting for 18.33%;invalid in 14 cases,accounting for 23.33%. The total effective rate was 76.67%. The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Anwei Decoction combined with argon plasma coagulation can effectively improve the chronic gastritis and gastric precancerous lesion treatment and has important clinical value in the treatment of chronic gastritis and gastric mucosal precancerous lesions. It is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
