摘要
目的:探讨中药复方金衡灵对宫颈癌荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤效果。方法:以环磷酰胺100 mg/kg腹腔注射建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,以宫颈癌系Hela细胞接种于BALB/c小鼠双侧大腿内侧皮下,建立宫颈癌荷瘤小鼠模型,分为对照组与喂药组各10只,喂药组予金衡灵300μL/d、1次/d,对照组予等量蒸馏水灌胃,实验共134 d,观察小鼠生存状态变化,测量治疗前、治疗1、2、3、4个月的肿瘤大小,于治疗前、治疗1周、3周、16周进行白细胞计数,根据生存状态评分表评分,计算抑瘤率和肿瘤生长率。结果:1中药复方金衡灵对增加荷瘤小鼠体重、延长生存时间、改善生存状态有显著作用(P<0.05);2喂药组瘤体大小与对照组瘤体大小有显著差异(P<0.05),抑瘤率达67.90%;3治疗1、2、3、4个月,喂药组荷瘤小鼠的瘤体大小较对照组明显减小(P<0.05),治疗1、2个月喂药组瘤体生长率较对照组明显减低(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,治疗3、4个月喂药组与对照组生长率无统计学差异(P>0.05);4治疗1周后两组荷瘤小鼠的白细胞计数均较治疗前有显著改变(P<0.05),而喂药组1周、3周、16周相较于对照组荷瘤小鼠,白细胞恢复速度明显增快(P<0.05),最终恢复水平较之于对照组明显提高(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:中药复方金衡灵对宫颈癌荷瘤小鼠有明显的抑瘤效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of inhibiting cervical tumor growth by Jinhengling. Methods:We established the immunosuppressive animal model by intraperitoneal injection of CP 100 mg/kg in BALB/c mice and set up the tumor-bearing mice model through injecting human CACX tumor Hela cells into posterolateral branches of immunosuppressive BALB/c mice. The mice were divided into two groups,10 rats per group,respectively fed by Jinhengling and distilled water and clean water and food,changing the padding per week. We observed the rats for 134 days. The change of rats' state was observed. The size of tumor was measured before,1,2,3 and 4 months after treatment. The change of WBC was measured 1,3,16 weeks after treatment. The tumor inhibition rate and tumor growth rate were calculated. Results:1Jinhengling had obvious effect on gaining weight,prolonging the survival time and improving living condition(P〈0.05).2The group fed by Jinhengling decreased the size of tumor obviously(P〈0.05)and the tumor inhibition rate was 67.90%. 3The group fed by Jinhengling slowed down the size of tumor(P〈0.05)and the tumor growth rates of 1 and 2 months after fed by Jinhengling were lower than that of the other group. 4Jinhengling can improve the level of white blood cells in tumor-burdened mice(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine compound Jinhengling has the ability of inhibiting cervical tumor growth.
